Protecting your personal information is of the utmost importance to Pregnancy to Parenthood.
When you contact Pregnancy to Parenthood by email or by completing the online form, you are providing your name, email and phone number. This information is stored securely and is only used for the purposes for which you have made contact. If you do not book a class, your details will be deleted after 3 months.
When you book a class with Pregnancy to Parenthood you will be required to provide additional information, including some personal health information. This is used solely for the purposes of providing the services you have booked and is stored securely in line with the requirements of our insurer. All personal information will be deleted or securely destroyed 7 years after you cease being a client of Pregnancy to Parenthood.
Pregnancy to Parenthood will never pass any of your personal details on to a third party without your explicit consent.
You are entitled to request a copy of any and all data which we hold on you at any time, and we will make this available to you within 30 days of your written request.
Financial details
If you wish to make an automated payment in order to purchase any goods or to donate we will require your credit card number and expiry date. Your financial information is used solely for this purpose. Your financial information will be passed directly to a credit card processing company (PayPal). Pregnancy to Parenthood does not have access to your credit card details and no record of your financial information will be held on this site or otherwise by us following the processing of your payment. The credit card processing company does not use, share, retain or store this information for any purpose, other than to process your payment for the above purpose.

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain & safeguard your personal information when you place an order or access your personal information.
We use a secure server so that all supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database (BBMS). When you make an online transaction, we do not receive any credit card details. We do not see or store your full card details when you make an online transaction.
Pregnancy to Parenthood takes, and will continue to take, all reasonable steps (which includes relevant technical and organisational measures) to guarantee the safety of the data you provide to us and we will only use the data for the intended purpose.
However, the nature of the internet is such that we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us via the Internet will be 100% secure.
Cancellations & Refunds
Booking deposits are non-refundable. All outstanding balance must be paid 3 days before the first class. Refunds will be given in the unlikely event that Pregnancy to Parenthood needs to cancel a class. If a client cannot attend a class or set of classes, their deposit can be transferred to the next available class or set of classes, where possible.
